Enrollment Process
The following Admissions Checklist gives an overview of the process: (See 2012-2013 Student Handbook
for more information)
1. Enrollment Card – Make sure you fill out this card completely (front and back)
2. Statement of Cooperation – Must be turned in at the time of registration with both parents signature
unless one parent is the sole guardian.
3. Health Records – CT law requires that the student receive a Physical Examination, Certificate of
Immunization, and Health Assessment Record. (blue form)
4. Request for School Records – (Grades 1-12) All school records must be received from the previous
school.
5. Interview –An interview may be required for new students in the 7th-12th grades.

An application fee of $50.00 must be paid at the time of registration.
This is a nonrefundable and nontransferable fee if the student should cancel for any reason.
Book/Materials Fee is due at the time of registration.
Please refer to the table below for the cost of books and materials for your child:
Preschool Tuition
Preschool full time student - $3,000.00 (8:00 - 2:30)
Preschool part time student - $2,500.00 (8:00 - 12:00)
Kindergarten
$ 3,000 per student
1st through 12th Grades
$ 3,500 per student
MHBC Members - $ 3,000 per student
* Certain additional fees may apply for 7th through 12th grade.
* Discount for non-MHBC members - $200.00 off for second and third child
Payment Plans
1. Pay tuition (including fees) in full by July 30th.
2. Pay fees (registration and book fee) in full at time of registration, and then divide tuition by 10 months.
