*NEW* SUMMER CAMP NOTICE
Dear Parents,
As many of you are aware, we are anticipating the expansion of the building in preparation for next school
year. If all goes according to our current plans, we will be in the height of construction throughout the
summer. This will not make for a conducive or safe environment for summer camp. Although, we are not
definitive, at this point, with the timing of the construction, we must be considerate of your efforts and allow
proper time to make your summer plans. Therefore, we have decided to cancel our summer camp
program for this year.

Inclement Weather Cancellation
In the event of inclement weather, we follow the Meriden School District, but we are also reported
separately to WTNH and NBC.
Parents can sign up at WTNH and NBC for text alerts.
Parent Association
Prayer Meetings are Mondays at 2:00 pm in the sanctuary. Volunteers are needed for upcoming events!

Reminders
Doors open at 7:45 am. Please keep your children in your vehicle until then.
When dropping off students, please pull fully into the parking lot so as to not hold up those that are also
trying to pull into the parking lot.
Class begins promptly at 8:00 am. Anyone arriving thereafter is tardy.
